Point rules and expiry

In Loyzen, tier progress and spendable points are two separate values. Spending points never lowers a customer's tier, and tier changes don't affect the point balance.

Earning points

You set the earn rate for orders in the admin. When choosing it, work out how much revenue you give back if customers spend all their points, and compare that with your margin.

Expiry

You can set an expiry period for points. Reminding customers before their points expire is a good reason for them to shop again.

Point history

Every point movement is stored as an immutable record. When something needs correcting, a new reversing entry is created instead of deleting the old one, so history always stays traceable.
